Position Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist with campaign planning, event coordination, content creation, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and passionate about ministry through large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Coordinate and support the execution of events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities
- Create and schedule content for social media, email marketing, and website updates
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other vendors to produce marketing materials
- Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign documentation
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
- Assist with internal communications and support cross-functional teams with marketing needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (internships included)
- Well experienced and deep understanding of digital and social marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube Ads, Spotify Ads, etc.)
- Good understanding of SEO/SEM principles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Hootsuite)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in live entertainment industry a plus
