Position Description
The Associate Pastor's primary role will be to help cast vision, lead, and give oversight to the discipleship ministries and evangelism/outreach ministries of SCC. Other significant responsibilities will include being a part of the Elder Team, a teaching role that endeavours to equip members for the ministry, occasional preaching on Sundays, and pastoral care (Ephesians 4:12).
