Position Description

The Graphic Designer, Communications Coordinator is responsible for leading and overseeing all graphic design for print and digital applications, social media and website management, and content for weekly newsletters, emails, and internal applications. Experience in photography, media and production is an asset. They will provide oversight and management of the Compass Communications strategy both internally and externally. This position will take a leadership role in meeting the communications and marketing needs of Compass and its associated sites and ministries. This high capacity and forward-thinking leader will become part of our staff team reporting to the Director of Worship and Creative Arts and is a member of the creative team.
