We believe that strong families are vital to forming young people in faith, and we seek to support the families of Trinity as they grow deeper in their life with Jesus.

Role Overview

Part-time, in-person role leading and supporting a ministry for young families:  

• Build and lead a ministry team.  
• Engage families in Gospel learning and mission.  
• Equip parents and grandparents as first witnesses of the faith.  
• Connect families to parish life and community service.  

General Responsibilities 

• Develop strategies for discipleship among children, youth and families.  
• Provide leadership for children’s worship, youth ministry, and family-oriented community events.  
• Collaborate with Trinity staff and participate actively in parish life, including Sunday worship.  

Qualifications

• A committed and maturing faith in Jesus Christ.  
• Experience in ministry with children, youth, or families.  
• Passion for helping children, youth, and families grow as disciples.  
• Agreement with Trinity’s faith, vision, and mission.  
• Leadership, communication, and relational skills.  
• Digital literacy, including responsible use of social media.  
• Ability to work in Canada, clear police record, Safe Church adherence.
