Position: Worship Leader
Location: CIRC Nation, 2800 Ave du Cosmodôme, Laval, QC
Type: Part-Time / Hourly
Pay: $35/hour, paid bi-weekly

CIRC Nation is a vibrant, Spirit-filled Pentecostal church in Laval, Quebec, dedicated to creating an atmosphere where people encounter God through contemporary worship. Our team is passionate about leading our congregation into meaningful worship experiences while raising up the next generation of worshippers.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Worship Leader with strong, skilled vocals and the ability to play an instrument to lead and train our worship team. This role requires someone who is not only musically talented but also Spirit-filled, with a heart for ministry and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead worship during church services with excellence in vocals and instrumental performance.
• Collaborate with the worship team using multitrack support for backup vocals.
• Train, mentor, and develop the worship team, helping to elevate the overall quality of worship.
• Maintain a Spirit-filled presence, reflecting Pentecostal values in all ministry activities.
• Participate in weekly 1-hour practice sessions with the worship team.
• Contribute to creating a contemporary worship experience that engages the congregation.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional vocal ability and proficiency in playing an instrument.
• Experience in ministry or church worship settings preferred.
• Spirit-filled and aligned with Pentecostal beliefs and practices.
• Experience in training or mentoring team members is an added advantage.
• Married candidates preferred (not required) for alignment with team and church culture.
• Residing in Montreal or Laval area is preferred (no accommodation provided).
