Position Description

Our Seasonal Leadership Team (SLT) roles are the core team who prepare for summer camp and provide leadership to the staff and volunteers that make up our Summer Staff Team in July and August. In addition to preparing for summer camp, the SLT supports Activity Day rentals for various schools throughout May and June.

Positions Include:

• Team Leader(s)
• Worship Pastor
• Youth Program Leader(s)
• Program Leader(s)
• Medic(s)
• Lifeguards(s)
• Site & Landscape Assistant
• Office Assistant
• Media Coordinator

Details:

• Dates: Dependent on position. Either May 11 to Aug 28 OR June 8 to Aug 28, 2026
• Minimum age: 18+
• Weekly salary plus room and board included
