Position Description

Niagara Region Christian Community Church (NRCCC) is currently seeking a half-time Children’s & Youth Pastor/Intern to lead and nurture the next generation into Christ-like disciples.

Qualified candidates should be born-again Christians with the following skills and attributes: a strong biblical foundation, a clear call to serve children and youth, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to develop youth ministries, leadership, maturity, teamwork, effective teaching and nurturing, equipping young leaders, and reaching out to youth and young adults in response to the Great Commission.

Candidates must be either currently enrolled in (intern) or have graduated (pastor) from an Evangelical Seminary with at least two years of experience in children’s and youth ministry in a North American church.
