Position Description
Our church is an evangelical Chinese church located in a small town. Due to ministry development, we are prayerfully seeking a Lead Pastor with a clear calling to lead the church in pastoral care and outreach ministry.
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to the evangelical Christian faith and sound biblical doctrine.
- A clear calling and passion for evangelism, discipleship, and pastoral care.
- A servant heart and willingness to work together with deacons and ministry leaders.
- Formal theological training from an accredited seminary.
- Minimum three years of pastoral ministry experience in North America preferred.
- A vision and passion for ministry in a small-town setting.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese for preaching and pastoral ministry. English proficiency is an asset.
