About the Role
Pacific Voices is seeking a highly organized, people-focused professional to join our team as Manager, Internal Communications & Member Experience. This role is central to ensuring a cohesive, welcoming, and well-coordinated experience for choir members, families, volunteers, and staff. The Manager leads internal communications, member services, volunteer engagement, and participant-focused logistics for rehearsals, events, tours, and programs. Working closely with the Executive and Artistic Director and office staff, this position helps strengthen internal systems, improve member satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- Commitment to the mission, vision, and Christian foundation of Pacific Voices
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Arts Administration, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in member services, communications, event coordination, or volunteer management
- Strong interpersonal skills, writing ability, and customer-service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, plus collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Meet)
- Experience with membership databases and communication platforms preferred
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for concerts, events, and tours as required
- Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector screening required.
