Position Description
We are a United church located just north of Brampton Ontario. Our current minister is taking a 3 month sabbatical. We are looking for a minister for pulpit supply for a 12 week period starting on April 12.
The position would require preparation and presentation of a sermon and leading a service on Sunday mornings. Our services are at 10:15. We can provide the United Church recommended lectionary for sermon preparation / presentation but this does not need to be followed verbatim. Our church enjoys humour and storytelling. Some interface with the current music director will be required to ensure the music fits with the theme of the sermon.
