Position Description
Diaconal Ministries Canada is seeking a full-time Regional Ministry Developer of Western Canada. The Regional Ministry Developer empowers churches to make a lasting impact in their communities by strengthening leaders, developing thriving networks of Diaconal Coaches, fostering partnerships with classes and ministry organizations, and advancing the mission of Diaconal Ministries Canada throughout the denomination. This role connects, equips, and encourages local churches to join God’s transforming work where they are.
This role is in the Western Canada region (BC & AB); 30 hours/week; $35.81/hour + benefits and 9% pension contribution.
