We are looking for energetic, dedicated Supply Teachers who can step into our classrooms and maintain a high standard of learning while fostering a Christ-centered environment.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you are ensuring that the day remains productive and meaningful. Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing Lesson Plans: Delivering curriculum-aligned content with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Classroom Leadership: Maintaining a safe, respectful, and orderly environment based on MCA’s code of conduct.
• Spiritual Integration: Leading students in prayer or devotions where applicable and modeling Christian values.
• Adaptability: Being ready for anything—from Grade 1 math to Senior Elementary science.

Requirement

• Education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent
• Certification: Membership in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT).
• Faith Fit: A committed Christian who agrees with MCA's Statement of Faith and is active in a local church.
• Background Check: A valid Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS). 
• Experience: Prior experience in a classroom setting is highly preferred.

• Rate: 27.30/hour
