Position Description
FaithTech exists to awaken a Jesus revival in and through technology all over the world by practicing redemptive technology design.
FaithTech is a global network of innovators, technologists, and Jesus-followers working together to build the future differently, with Christ at the center. We currently have over 45 active city-based communities building 50+ redemptive tech products.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Cities and Create, you will drive momentum upon our key content and thought leadership resources. If you are looking for a role with a high-growth opportunity, in a variety of contexts and experiences, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Thought Leadership Content Execution
Under the direction of the Chief of Staff:
- Content Leadership: Work with Global Leadership in developing the production of compelling, thoughtful, and meaningful content for global distribution.
- Content Organization: Gather and organize our existing content from across the FaithTech ministry: through local FaithTech Cities, global events, and other special initiatives for easy and accessible access.
- Content Strategy: Working closely with our Marketing Manager, design and strategize the delivery of content across our major channels and outlets.
- Project Management: Work with multiple stakeholders in the organization to manage the production of FaithTech content such as playbooks, thought leadership resources, articles, seminars, videos, and podcasts.
- Thought Leadership Research: Stay up to date on current content in the faith and technology ecosystem, supporting global leadership with resources and opportunities.
- Event Coordination: Manage the logistics and operational flow for thought leadership-led events and webinars.
- Impact Reporting: Track key metrics and qualitative stories to demonstrate our global influence on faith and technology.
2. FaithTech Create (Resource Development) Execution
Create is the flagship program operated out of FaithTech Cities, where volunteers come together and build products to solve real-world problems. They build using the FaithTech Redemptive Technology Design methodology - where transformation of the builder and the creation of transformative products are held together.
Under the direction of the VP of Create:
- Resource Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end production of Create project resources, from initial concept and drafting to final design and digital publication.
- Curriculum & Guide Development: Collaborate with executive leaders to turn raw ideas into structured resources, such as playbooks, guides, or templates, including guidance and tracking of tech stack usage for the program
- Distribution Strategy: Execute the launch plans for new resources, ensuring they reach our global community and partner churches effectively.
- Feedback Loops: Implement systems to collect user feedback on Create resources to drive iterative improvements and future versions.
- Measuring Impact: ensure stories and impact information is gathered and collated for the Create program globally.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 CAD
- Vacation: 3 weeks vacation, plus statutory holidays.
- Benefits: Includes extended health, dental, vision, and access to a health spending account. Dependent coverage included.
- Work Environment: Hybrid: 3 days in office in Waterloo or 1-2 days in Toronto.
