About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Controller to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a business university graduate or recent graduate who is looking to build a long-term career in financial leadership.
Working directly alongside our Controller, the successful candidate will gain broad exposure to all aspects of financial management and play a meaningful role in supporting the financial health of a growing organization. This position offers significant opportunities for professional development and advancement over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform cost analysis and margin reporting
- Assist with cash flow management
- Contribute to financial planning and internal controls
- Support year-end and audit preparation
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making
Responsibilities will expand as experience and capability grow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–3 years experience)
- Intention to pursue or currently pursuing CPA designation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Initiative, professionalism, and a desire to grow
