Position Description

The Administrative Coordinator serves as the organizational backbone of New Hope Community Church. This role is designed to handle the essential behind-the-scenes logistics, ensuring that ministry leaders are empowered to focus on relationship-building and discipleship. By managing communications, church event coordination, and administrative systems, this individual creates a seamless experience for both the staff and the congregation.

  • Position Title: Administrative Coordinator
  • Hours: 10 hours per week
  • Reports to: Lead Pastor

Primary Responsibilities:

Communication & Design

Utilize Canva to design engaging graphics for digital and physical platforms while managing church calendars, social media, and bulletin boards to ensure clear, consistent communication of all church programs and events.

Church Event Coordination & Logistics

Oversee the planning and execution of core church milestones, facility bookings, and administrative details (such as registrations and supplies) to ensure all ministry groups are well-resourced and leaders are free to focus on people.

Systems & Administration

Manage digital systems including Planning Center for registrations and scheduling, ProPresenter for worship media, and provide general administrative support to the Lead Pastor to ensure efficient church operations.
