  • Ensure all content is consistent, on-brand, and aligned with marketing goals.

Social Media Strategy and Campaigns

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote sales, events, and key initiatives.
  • Stay current with trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with followers and foster a strong online community.
  • Encourage user-generated content and engagement.

Online Sales Support

  • Support the development and execution of online sales initiatives.
  • Identify and feature high-value or unique items suitable for online promotion or sale.
  • Assist in showcasing products in a way that drives both in-store and online purchases.

  • Experience with content creation tools and scheduling platforms is an asset.

Requirements

  • Must be aged 15 to 30 at the start of employment, be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee, and hold a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) in order to qualify for CSJ eligibility.
