About Hope and Healing International:

We are a Christian organization, working to bring hope and healing for children with disabilities in the world’s poorest communities.

Why This Role Matters

As Marketing Coordinator, you will support Hope and Healing International’s fundraising initiatives both online and offline. Working closely with the Mass Marketing team, the coordinator will assist in the execution of multi-channel campaigns, help gather creative and donor resources, and provide day-to-day project management support.

  • Duration: June 1, 2026 to July 24, 2026, 35 hours per week
  • Hourly Pay: $20
  • Location: 1600 16th Ave - Unit 1, Richmond Hill, Ontario

What You’ll Do

  • You will provide support the organization’s mission, including:
  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of email, direct mail, and social media campaigns.
  • Support team with content creation for digital and print fundraising materials, including copy drafts, visuals, and donor stories.
  • Help track campaign performance metrics and assist with summary reports.
  • Maintain organized campaign files and support proofreading and quality checks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign components.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

Education & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (college or university) or a recent graduate of a post-secondary institution
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach; able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-literate and analytically minded; able to interpret basic performance trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills, consistently spotting inconsistencies, errors, and missing elements.
  • Clear and effective communicator who works well independently and collaborates comfortably with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.

Canada Summer Job Program Requirements:

  • Be aged between 15 and 30 years old on the start date of the job;
  • Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN); and
  • Be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or a person who has been granted refugee status in Canada.

International students and other temporary residents of Canada are not eligible.

  • Standard office environment when working on-site.
