Position Description

We're a premium full-stack marketing agency based on Christian values in beautiful Huntsville, ON. We have a physical office, a full-time creative team, and clients across Ontario. Our package includes Meta ads management, CRM automation, social media, creative, and more — sold as one branded, high-performance solution.

We value high character, self-motivation, and a never-ending desire to learn and improve our skills as we honour God through them. We’re passionate about creating top-notch creative media and marketing and serving our clients well.

Position Overview:

  • Location: Remote/Hybrid
  • Type: Full-Time

The Role

You'll own the full sales process from first qualification call to signed contract. We have existing packages and CRM and automations already running.

No cold outreach, no prospecting.

Compensation

  • 10% commission on high-ticket B2B retainers
  • Full perpetual commission on every renewal you close, for as long as you're with us
  • No cap — your income scales with what you close

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record closing high-ticket B2B deals
  • Confident in your close rate and able to speak to it specifically
  • Familiar with consultative/NEPQ-based sales methodology
  • Self-directed — you manage your pipeline, your follow-ups, your process
  • High character: honest, dependable, and genuinely invested in client outcomes

Location
