Position Description
- Clearly understands the calling to pastor the church and is willing to commit to humble servanthood.
- Holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent from a seminary accredited by the Association of Theological Seminaries (ATS).
- Possesses the pastoral burden of teaching, preaching, caring and youth group ministry.
- Has the gifts and experience to lead discipleship and small group ministry.
- Demonstrates teamwork skills and adapts to serving in a multicultural and trilingual church environment.
- Holds legal work status in Canada.
