$22 - $25/hour
Bayview Glen Church is seeking a SERVE Coordinator to support and strengthen our volunteer ministry by managing the SERVE platform, overseeing volunteer onboarding, and helping develop a healthy and thriving SERVE culture across the church.
This role will serve as the first point of contact for SERVE inquiries, coordinate onboarding requirements such as training, certifications, and background checks, track volunteer metrics, support SERVE campaigns, and help organize SERVE launches and appreciation events. The SERVE Coordinator will also work closely with ministry staff, SERVE team members, and the Next Steps Centre to help people find meaningful places to serve.
The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature, organized, and detail-oriented Christian with strong administrative, communication, and team-building skills. They should be a self-starter who can manage multiple projects, support volunteers and ministry leaders, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced church environment.
