We have a dedicated team of people living and working full-time at camp. They form a supportive, caring community in our remote location, and that support and care overflows to the way we care for the campers.

The Program Director oversees camper therapeutic, educational, and personal development through goal setting, assessments, evaluations, and individualized support. This includes coordinating educational programming, maintaining camper portfolios, facilitating assessments, and ensuring smooth academic transitions between camp and campers’ home schools.

The Program Director ensures consistent staff development, strong team communication, and effective group leadership through ongoing training, debriefs, performance reviews, and operational oversight.
