As our Extended Care Leader, you are the architect of our students' afternoons! From organizing high-energy gym games and creative crafts to fostering a warm, inclusive environment where Christian values thrive, you will make the end of the school day the absolute best part of their day.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and lead awesome, age-appropriate activities like sports, arts & crafts, and team building.
• Design a daily routine that perfectly balances structured playtime, controlled free play, and snack time.
• Coordinate nutritious snacks and keep inventory of your program's supplies.
• Connect with parents at sign-out, share updates on their child’s day, and participate in school events to promote our program.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure space. Monitor student behaviour with positive reinforcement, keep accurate attendance, and ensure the school is safely locked and armed at the end of the day.

What We Are Looking For:

• Someone who naturally models respect, professionalism, and Christian values to students, parents, and staff.
• You know how to command a room with kindness, encourage teamwork, and make every child feel included.
• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable managing administrative tasks like sign-out sheets and safety protocols.
• Ready to collaborate with school leadership (including our Principal) and attend team training sessions.
