Full-time | $65,000–$72,000 annually
Bayview Glen Church is seeking a Campus Pastor to provide spiritual, strategic, and operational leadership for our next campus location. This role will help cultivate a thriving, outward-facing, disciple-making community that is aligned with Bayview Glen’s mission, vision, values, and ministry model.
The Campus Pastor will lead and develop campus staff and key leaders, provide visible weekend leadership, champion a strong invitation and outreach culture, oversee Alpha as a primary evangelistic pathway, and help ensure people are known, cared for, and growing in faith. This role also includes responsibility for campus operations, volunteer development, pastoral care, ministry environments, and strategic campus growth.
The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature, relational, and organized leader with strong communication, team-building, and execution skills. Experience in a large, growing, or multi-site church environment is an asset. This role requires availability on evenings and weekends.
