Educational Leader (Grades 7–12)

Springfield School is seeking an experienced and committed educational leader to serve as Educational Leader (Grades 7–12).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (minimum) in Education or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in a secondary school (Grades 7–12)
• Strong experience with the Cambridge curriculum (preferred)
• Experience with IB programmes considered an advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Native-level English speaker

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Secondary School (Grades 7–12)
• Support and develop teachers to achieve high academic standards
• Oversee curriculum implementation and student progress
• Foster a positive learning culture
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to strengthen the school’s mission and vision
