Position Description

Seeking a worship minister who can lead our biblically based and Christ-centered Sunday services in song & prayer.  This music ministry would align with our church’s mission to form disciples through Word and Spirit for His Kingdom glory.

This director would guide the congregation into spiritually enriching and engaging worship. The position also includes building up and training our volunteer musicians.

Qualifications:

• Committed & growing follower of Jesus
• Leadership qualities & a diligent communicator
• Skillful instrumentalist
• Skillful vocal leader
• Deep reliance on personal prayer life and passion for corporate prayer
• Relational
• Able to recruit and develop volunteers

Preference: to have skills with social media platforms
Specific responsibilities: as designated by the lead pastor.
