The Opportunity

We are seeking a Fractional / Interim CEO to work closely with the founder and leadership team in building Acumen Agency from the startup stage.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Christian executive, entrepreneur, business owner, or senior business leader who wants to help build a professional services organization from the ground up.

The position is fractional, remote, and flexible, with the potential to develop into a permanent executive leadership role as the company grows.

The CEO will help provide leadership across:

• Corporate strategy and organizational development
• Sales and business development
• Marketing and growth
• Operations and management
• Team building and leadership development
• Financial and business performance
• Systems and processes
• Client relationships
• Organizational growth and expansion

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, lead people, build systems, develop teams, solve problems, and turn vision into measurable execution.

Christian Leadership & Values

This is intentionally a Christian leadership position.

We are seeking a professing Christian who has a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ and is comfortable bringing Christian principles into their leadership and professional life.

You should be comfortable with uncertainty, limited resources, rapid change, and being hands-on. We are looking for someone who can see the bigger vision while also helping build the people, systems, culture, and processes necessary to achieve it.
