해밀턴한마음교회에서는 담임목사님을 새롭게 청빙합니다.

1.지원자격
   - 예수 그리스도를 주로 고백하며 목회자로서 분명한 소명을 가지신 분
   - 정규 신학대학원 (M.Div.또는 이에 준하는 과정)을 졸업하고 목사 안수를 받으신 분
   - 3년이상의 이민목회를 포함한 부목사(전도사)/담임목사/선교사 등으로 총 5년이상의 목회 경험이 있으신 분
   - 성경말씀을 중심으로 설교와 목양을 충실히 감당하실 분
   - 성도를 사랑으로 돌보며 함께 교회를 세워 가실 분
   - 캐나다에서 합법적으로 목회를 할 수 있는 자격을 갖추신 분
   - 영어설교 및 소통이 가능하신 분, 찬양사역 가능하신 분 우대

2. 제출서류
   - 이력서 (목회 사역 및 경력 소개, 개인 및 가족 사진 첨부)
   - 자기소개서 (신앙고백, 목회철학, 목회계획, 가족소개 포함)
   - 목사안수 증명서
   - 추천서 2부 (가족 추천서 1부 포함)
   - 최근 설교 영상 2개 (온라인 링크 또는 동영상 화일)

Senior Pastor Position

Hamilton One Heart Church

Hamilton One Heart Church is prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor who is called to faithfully preach the Word of God, care for the congregation, and lead the church in its mission and ministry.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should:

• Profess Jesus Christ as Lord and demonstrate a clear calling to pastoral ministry.
• Hold an M.Div. degree, or an equivalent theological degree, from an accredited seminary and be ordained.
• Have at least five years of pastoral or ministry experience, including at least three years of experience in an immigrant church context. Experience may include service as a senior pastor, associate pastor, ministry pastor, missionary, or in a comparable ministry role.
• Be committed to faithful, Bible-centered preaching, teaching, and pastoral care.
• Demonstrate a genuine love for the congregation and a desire to build up the church in unity and faith.
• Be legally eligible to serve in pastoral ministry in Canada.
• Ability to preach and communicate in English is preferred.
• Experience in praise and worship ministry is also considered an asset.

Application Requirements

Applicants are asked to submit the following:

• A current résumé outlining ministry experience and employment history, along with individual and family photos.
• A personal statement including:
• Personal testimony and statement of faith
• Philosophy of ministry
• Vision and plans for ministry
• Brief family introduction
• Proof of ordination.
• Two letters of recommendation, including one from a family member.
• Links or video files for two recent sermons.
