Most of the time, if you have previously created an account on CCC but can't log in, the issue is you have forgotten or mistyped your password.
Check that you're entering the password correctly; be sure you don't have capslock on.
If you're still unable to log in, request a new password. You will have to enter your username or the email address you used when you created the account, and a temporary login link will be emailed to you. When you click on this link, you will be taken to a page where you can set a new password.
